Responsive pro- posals must demonstrate a workable planning and business framework for the redevelopment of the subject property con- sistent with the vision and other principles described in the request document (RFP) and in the Agency's Plan. In gener- al, a mixed-use development with active ground floor uses is preferred. A copy of the complete RFP and Agency Plan can be obtained from the Agency's website at https:HGityofchub- buck.usldevelopment-authority/ or by contacting the Agency at the address below. The RFP seeks redevelopment of the subject property to serve as a catalyst for continued economic growth, a new use(s), and new construction in the new down- town of the Chubbuck, Chubbuck Village. Responses must be received no later than 5:00 PM on October 3, 2022. It is the sole responsibility of each submitter to see that its submission is received by the date and time in this RFP.
