LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY PROVIDED THAT the Chubbuck De-
velopment Authority (Agency), pursuant to Idaho Code 50-
2011(b), is requesting competitive proposals from interested
parties in serving as the developer of the property located at
approximately 300 E. Linden Ave, consisting of approximately
0.31 acres within tax parcel #s RPRCCCH000700, and for
purposes of this request, is referred to as "City Hall Adjacent
— East" Responsive proposals must demonstrate a workable
planning and business framework for the redevelopment of
the subject property consistent with the vision and other prin-
ciples described in the request document (RFP) and in the
Agency's Pian. In general, a mixed-use development with ac-
tive ground floor uses is preferred. A copy of the complete
RFP and Agency Plan can be obtained from the Agency's
website at https:/Icityofchubbuck.us/development-authority/
or by contacting the Agency at the address below. The RFP
seeks redevelopment of the subject property to serve as a
catalyst for continued economic growth, a new use(s), and
new constructions in the new downtown of the Chubbuck,
Chubbuck Village. Responses must be received no later than
5:00 PM on October 3, 2022. It is the sole responsibility of
each submitter to see that its submission is received by the
date and time in this RFP. No oral, fascimile, or email submit-
tals will be considered. Proposals must be submitted by mail
or hand -delivered to: Chubbuck Development Authority, CIO
Devin Hillam, Executive Director, 290 E. Linden Ave., Chub -
buck, ID 83202.
