SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 843
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a municipal corpora-
tion of the state of Idaho, annexing certain lands located near
the Northwest corner of Lea Avenue and Lamar Street, Ban-
nock County, Idaho and legally described below, to be includ-
ed within the boundaries and jurisdictional limits of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho; and specifying the zoning classification
of Limited Residential P (R -2P) for the newly annexed area;
and directing the Chubbuck City Clerk to record the Ordinance
with Bannock County; and repealing prior conflicting ordinanc-
es; and providing for the severability of the provisions of this
ordinance; and providing when this ordinance shall become
effective.
The property to annexed and included within the boundar-
ies and jurisdictional limits of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho as
zoned as set forth herein is legally described as:
A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE EAST 1/2 OF THE
SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH,
RANGE 34 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, BANNOCK COUNTY,
IDAHO, DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTH 1/4 CORNER OF SEC-
TION 5, BEING MONUMENTED BY

IONAL CENTERLINE OF SECTION 5 AND THE PRESENT

FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
