An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a municipal corporation of the state of Idaho, providing
for changes in the land use pattern prescribed in the City's comprehensive plan with respect to
certain lands within the boundaries of the City of Chubbuck located in the
Southwest quarter of Section 10, Township 6 South, Range 34 E.B.M., from Commercial and
Mixed Use to Mixed Use; providing for a change of land use district for these same land from
Limited Residential (R-2) to Dense Residential (R4); providing the legal description of the lands
impacted by both of these changes (see attached Exhibit); declaring that the city council finds that
such change in land use district is compatible with the alterations made in the land use pattern
prescribed by the city's comprehensive plan; providing when this ordinance shall be in effect.

Yellowstone, Chubbuck, ID 83202.
I have reviewed the foregoing summary and believe it provides a true and correct summary of
