An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a municipal corporation of the state of Idaho„ deannexi
certain lands located South of Chubbuck Road and East of Interstate 15 from the boundaries a
jurisdictional limits of the City of Chubbuck as more particularly described on the attached exhi
directing the city clerk to record the ordinance with Bannock County; providing for the repeal
conflicting ordinances; providing for the severability of the provisions of this ordinance; providi
when this ordinance shall be in effect.
