PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site Plan
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Tom J. Holmes, Randy Severe, Larry Kohntopp, Steve
Smart, Ray Griffin and Eric King
Green Works nursery: They want to draw people to their business from out laying areas. They
plan on a fish pond, coffee shop and a place where people can come and relax.
East Linden will be the entrance - they will landscape it. They will have a green house and put it
up first with the side awning. They will do the nursery in phases this winter. They would like
time to pave the parking lot and asked for a calender year from today.
Design Review approved the site plan as presented with the following conditions.
1. That dust abate is used.
2. They come back in a few months.
3. The parking lot be paved by 1st part of July, 2006
4. That the access for curb, gutter and sidewalk have a street approach.
5. The street approach improvement is done the same time as the paving.
6. They install a knox box
7. The Building address can be seen from the road and does not blend in with the building.
8. Lighting is retained on sight and does not shine on residential property
