POLICE HEADQUARTERS
FACILITY & ANIMAL
SHELTER
Sealed bid proposals will be
received by CM Company
and the City of Chubbuck at
current City Hall, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho 83202 until June 8,
2021 at 2:00 PM local time for
the City of Chubbuck Police
Headquarters Facility & Ani-
mal Shelter.
Each trade package will be
treated as a stand-alone bid.
Each bid must be marked
with the bid package number
as outlined in the Instruc-
tions to Bidders. Firms may
submit bids for multiple trade
packages but each bid must
be submitted independently
(separate bid envelope). Con-
tractors wishing to submit bids
must hold a current Public
Works Contractors License,
commensurate with the size
of subcontract amount.
A pre-bid conference will be
held on Tuesday, May 25,
2021 at 11:00 AM, at the
project site, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue.

Substitution requests are due
seven (7) days prior to due
date of bids.
Drawings and Specifications
are available from CM Com-
pany. Limited hard copies are
available for a $200 refund-
able deposit. Please provide
CM Company a 2 -day notice
if you would like a hard copy.

dendums are available elec-
tronically and can be emailed
via Dropbox upon request or

Bids received after the bid
opening time will not be con-
sidered and no bidder may
withdraw his bid after the bid
opening time or before the
award of contract unless said
award is delayed for a period
exceeding sixty (60) days.
All bids must be enclosed
in a sealed envelope plainly
marked with the bid package
number and project title noted
above. Bids are subject to ac-
ceptance for sixty (60) days.
In determining the lowest re-
sponsive bid, the Owner will
consider all acceptable bids
on a basis consistent with the
bid package. The Owner will
also consider whether the bid-
der is a responsible bidder.
Before a contract will be
awarded for work contemplat-
ed herein, the Owner will con-
duct such
investigation as is necessary
to determine the performance
record and ability of the ap-
parent low bidder to perform
the size and type of work
specified under this Contract.
Upon request, the Bidder
shall submit such information
as deemed necessary by the
Owner to evaluate the Bid-
der's qualifications.
The City of Chubbuck re-
serves the right to reject any
or all proposals, waive any
nonmaterial irregularities in
the bids received, and to ac-
cept the proposal deemed
most advantageous to the
best interest of City of Chub -
buck.
