Board of Tr~stees of the Village of Chubbuck, held in the Municipal
Building of the Village of ChubbucE on April 19, 1961
Present- Davis, Mitchell, Hillman and Ward.
Absent- Frasure, excused for work.
Called to order 7:55 P.M.
Purpose- Appoint clerksy Judges and constable for ~nicipal[!
Election on April 2%, 1961
Davis presented a list of 12 momen s. nd 2 men to the Board
for consideration for clerks, judges and constable for the
election. The Board approved all names presented and suggested
that Davis call them and appoint the first five women and o~e
man that accepted and said they could work that day.
A discussion on the water situation followed and the'Hoard
decided to wait till The Pump at Well No 1 is fixed and replaced
before any action be taken on the low pressure situation that
now exists.
Several problems on sanitation were pressnted to the Boardl.by
Davis. During the discussion that followed the Board decided
they should have at least l0 days to work out a solution before
any action is taken.
Meeting recessed at 8:25 P.M. till further notice if necessary.
