HEARING
CITY OF CHUSBUCK,
IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Land Use & Devel-
opment Commission of the
City of Chubbuck. Idaho, will
conduct a Public Hearing at
6:00 pm on May 11, 2021. Due
to COVID-19 and CDC best
practices for social distancing,
the public meeting will occur
via web -conference and tele-
phone. This meeting will be
available to the public elec-
tronically or by phone: In-per-
son attendance is allowed, but
Attending via Zoom or phone
is highly recommended and
requested. Attendance is lim-
ited in accordance with Gov-
ernor Littles Stage 3 order.
MASKS/FACE COVERINGS
ARE RECOMMENDED. Pub-
lic hearings will be held with
respect to the following item:
1. An application for annex-
ation
nnexation of approximately .22
acres of land into the City of
Chubbuck and to include the
property in the Limited Resi-
dential (R-2) Zone. The Com-
prehensive Plan f=uture Land
Use map designates this area
as Mixed Use and as Medium
Density Residential. Proper-
ty is in the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 4, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East of the Boise
Meridian, Idaho. The affected
parcels, 83853005607 and
RCCPC045100, are generally
located at on the east side of
Philbin Road between Siphon
Road and Chubbuck Road.
Type of Action: Recommen-
dation.
2. An application for a Change
in Land Use District from Lim-
ited Residential (R-2) to Lim-
ited Commercial (C-1) on ap-
proximately 1.09 acres of land.
Subject property is in the NW
1/4 of Section 3, Township 6
South, Range 34 East of the
Boise Meridian, Idaho, gener-
ally located at 345 W. Siphon
Road, Chubbuck, Idaho. The
Comprehensive Plan Future
Land Use map designates
this area as Mixed Use. Type
of Action: Recommendation.
3. A proposal by city staff to
amend Chapter 18.13 Wire -
AD# 91922

email by May 5, 2021. Any
and all persons may register
comments, protests, or agree-
ments on the hearing sub-
jects being considered. Oral
testimony concerning these
proposals may be offered at
the public hearing. Commis-
sion may limit oral testimony.
Written testimony must be
received by jbowers®cityof-
chubbuck.us at least 7 days
prior to the hearing, shall com-
ply with standards established
in City Code 18.28.020.D.7.,
and shall be considered pub-
lic record.
