Due to COVID-19 and CDC best practices for social dis- tancing, this meeting will be available to the public elec- tronically or by phone. In-per- son attendance is allowed, but Attending via zoom or phone is highly recommended and requested. Attendance is lim- ited in accordance with Gov- ernor Little's Stage 3 order. MASKS/FACE COVERINGS ARE RECOMMENDED. The public meeting will oc- cur in accordance with Idaho Code 63-1311A, and with re- spect to the following items: to consider public comment.re- garding proposed fee increas- es in excess of five percent (5%) of the amount of the fee last collected or regarding pro- posed new fees with respect to Construction/Building Val- uations and Building Permit Fees.
