HomeMy WebLinkAbout01 10 2021 Ord. 822SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 822 An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a municipal cor- poration of the state of Ida- ho, amending chapter 18.06 definitions to eliminate defini- tions for abutting zero lot line residence, adult business, residential rental dwelling, screening fence and zero lot line residence; adding defini- tions for awning, canopy, con- dominium, fence- screening, Fence -solid, Lot -Z, sexually oriented business, sign types, and pedestrian way; amend- ing the definitions of resi- dential structures and sign, amending section 18.08.040 schedule of general control for land use districts for com- mercial retail and residential dwellings; amending sections 16.08.040 and 178.040 for the definition of condominium to conform with the changes to chapter 18.06; providing for the repeal of conflicting ordi- nances; providing that all other provisions of Chapters 16.08, 1708 and 18.08 not amended shall remain in effect; provid- ing for the severability of the provisions of this ordinance; providing when this ordinance shall be in effect.
