SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE
NO, 821
An ordinance of the City of
Chubbuck, a municipal cor-
poration of the state of Ida-
ho, annexing certain lands
approximately 3.32 acres in
size to be included within the
boundaries and jurisdictional
limits of the City of Chubbuck.
Idaho as described on the at-
tached exhibit and generally
known as BilyeU Estates Divi-
sion 7; specifying the zoning
classification of Limited Res-
idential (R-2) which shall be
applied to said lands newly
annexed to the city; said lands
located North of Angela Street
between Philbin Road and Hi-
ram Avenue; directing the city
clerk to record the ordinance
with Bannock County; provid-
ing for the repeal of conflicting
ordinances; providing for the
severability of the provisions
of this ordinance; providing
when this ordinance shall be
in effect.
