An ordinance of the City of
Chubbuck, a municipal cor-
poration of the state of Ida-
ho, . providing for change of
land use district with respect
to certain lands at 426 E.
Chubbuck Road lying within
the boundaries of the City of
Chubbuck and which lands
are legally described as 426
East Chubbuck Road - legally
described as Lot 1, Block 1,
Unforgettable Events Subdi-
vision along with the parcel to
the rear which is described on
the attached Exhibit N from
Limited Residential (R-2) to
Limited Commercial (C-1);
declaring that the city council
finds that such change in land
use pattern is consistent with
those prescribed by the city's
comprehensive plan; provid-
ing that this ordinance shall
be in effect after its passage,
approval and publication.
