Chubbuck Road lying within the boundaries of the City of Chubbuck and which lands are legally described as 426 East Chubbuck Road - legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Unforgettable Events Subdi- vision along with the parcel to the rear which is described on the attached Exhibit N from Limited Residential (R-2) to Limited Commercial (C-1); declaring that the city council finds that such change in land use pattern is consistent with those prescribed by the city's comprehensive plan; provid- ing that this ordinance shall be in effect after its passage, approval and publication.
