HomeMy WebLinkAbout10 25 2020 Land UseNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV- EN that the Land Use & De- velopment Commission of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a Public Hearing at 7:00 pm on November 10, 2020. Due to COVID-19 and CDC best practices for social distancing, the public meeting will occur via web -conference and telephone. Details on how to attend the meeting and par- ticipate are found below. Pub- lic hearings will be held with respect to the following item: 1. An application for annex- ation of approximately 3.32 acres of land into the City of Chubbuck and to include the property in the Limited Resi- dential (R-2) Zone. The Com- prehensive Plan Future Land Use map designates this area for Mixed Use and Medium Density Residential develop- ment. The subject property is in the SW 1/a of Section 4, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho. The affected parcel, 83853005606, is generally lo- cated on the north side of An- gela Street between Philhin Road and Hiram Avenue. Type of Action: Recommendation. 2.
