HomeMy WebLinkAbout07 22 2020 Ord. 816SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 816 An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a municipal cor- poration of the state of Idaho, providing for change of land use district with respect to cer- tain lands located in the South- east corner of the intersection of Chubbuck Road and Philbin Road lying within the bound- aries of the City of Chubbuck and which lands are more particularly described in the ordinance from Agricultural (A) to Limited Commercial (C-1); declaring that the city council finds that such change in land use pattern is consistent with those prescribed by the city's comprehensive plan; providing that this ordinance shall be in effect after its passage, ap- proval and publication. The full text of this ordinance is available at the City Clerk's Office, Chubbuck City Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, ID 83202. 1 have reviewed the forego- ing summary and believe it provides a true and correct summary of Ordinance No. 816 and that the summary provides adequate notice to the public of the contents of this ordinance.
