The public hearing and delibera- tion will now be held at 6:00 PM on September 16, 2020 at Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. Due to COVID-19 and CDC best practices for social dis- tancing, the public meeting will occur via web -confer- ence and telephone. Public hearings will be held with respect to the fol- lowing items: An application for annex- ation of approximately 9.64 acres of land into the City of Chubbuck and to include the property in the Limited Commercial (C-1) Zone. The subject property is in the SW 1/4 of Section 4, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho. The affected parcels are gener- ally located at the northeast corner of Philbin Road and Chubbuck Road. The Com- prehensive Plan Future Land Use map designates this area for Mixed Use develop- ment and a small portion for Medium Density Residential development.
