RESCHEDULING OF
PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV-
EN that the Land Use & De-
velopment Commission of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, has
rescheduled the public hear-
ing for August 11, 2020. The
meeting will now be held on
August 20, 2020 at 7:00pm.
Due to COVID-19 and CDC
best practices for social dis-
tancing, the public meeting
will occur via web -conference
and telephone. Details on how
to attend the meeting and par-
ticipate are found below. Pub-
lic hearings will be held with
respect to the following item:
1. An application for a Con-
ditional Use Permit for a
self-service storage facility
with a watchman's residence
in a Limited Commercial (C-1)
zone on approximately 3 acres
of land_ Subject property is in
the Northwest '/4 of Section 9,
Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian,
Idaho, generally located at
the South East corner of Phil -
bin and West Chubbuck Rd,
Chubbuck, Idaho at approxi-
mately the 1204 block of West
Chubbuck Rd. The property is
currently zoned Limited Com-
mercial (C-1). Type of Action
Land Use decision.

received by the Planning De-
