velopment Commission of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will
conduct a public hearing at
7:00 PM on August 11, 2020.
Due to CCVID-19 and CDC
best practices for social dis-
tancing, the public meeting
will occur via web -conference
and telephone. Details on how
to attend the meeting and par-
ticipate are found below. Pub-
lic hearings will be held v+rith
respect to the following item:
1 An application for a Con-
ditional Use Permit for a
self-service storage facility
with a watchman's residence
in a Limited Commercial (C-
1) zone on approximately 3
acres of land. Subject prop-
erty is in the !Northwest T of
Section 9, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East of the Boise
Meridian, Idaho, generally lo-
cated at the South East cor-
ner of Philbin and West Chub -

will be available at the City
Office on August 4, 2020. Any
and all persons may register
comments, protests, or agree-
ments on the hearing sub-
jects being considered. Oral
testimony concerning these
proposals may be offered at
the public hearing. Commis-
sion may limit oral testimony.
Written testimony must be
received by the Planning De-
partment at least 7 days prior
to the hearing, shall comply
with standards established in
City Code 18.28.020.D.7:, and
shall be considered public re-
cord.
