CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Land Use & Develop- ment Commission of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con- duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on August 11, 2020 at Chubbuck City Council Cham- bers, 5160 Yellowstone Ave- nue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the following item: An application for a Con- ditional Use Permit for a self-service storage facility with a watchman's residence in a Limited Commercial (C- 1) on approximately 3 acres of land. Subject property is in the Northwest % of Section 9, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho, generally located at the South East corner of Phil - bin and West Chubbuck Rd, Chubbuck, Idaho at approxi- mately the 1200 block of West Chubbuck Rd. The property is currently zoned Limited Com- mercial (G-1). Type of Action Land Use decision. A complete description of each itern is available to the public on request at the City Office. Commission packet will be available at the City Office on August 4, 2020. Any and all persons may register comments, protests, or agree- ments on the Dearing: sub- jects being considered. Oral testimony concerning these proposals may be offered at the public hearing. Commis- sion may limit oral testimony. Written testimony must be received by the Planning De- partment at least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall comply with standards established in City Code 18.28.020.D.7., and shall be considered public re- cord. City Hall and the City Coun- cil Chambers are accessible for persons with disabilities.
