Preliminary Site Plan Approval
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Jean Higgins, Randy
Severe, Ron Conlin, Ray Griffin, Merlin Miller and Eric King.
Steve Lyle presented the site plan.
The site plan presented showed four accesses to West Burnside Ave.
After discussion, it was decided Mr. Lyle can move the easterly accesses to the west and will be
allowed to have three access on to W. Burnside Ave.
