Each trade package will be treated as a stand-alone bid. Each bid must be marked with the bid package number as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. Firms may submit bids for multiple trade packages but each bid must be submitted independently (sepa- rate bid envelope). Contractors wishing to submit bids must hold a current Public Works Contractors License, commensurate with the size of subcontract amount. A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the project site.
