Discussion of the possib'flity of In~llWo'i~l rezone St 231 Hiwa_¥ Avenue-auto parts, salvage sales,
Items discussed:
1. Rezone only the back half of the lot.
2. 20' buffer requirement for Industrial uses against Residential uses.
3. Residence could exist as a non-conforming use.
4. Access through Charlie Frasures to the backside of Steve Grumbein's lot,
5. Pocatello will contact Charlie Frs_sure as to the availability of an adjacent lot in the existing
industrial zone.
6. This is an effort by Pocatello to relocate a Pocatello businessman in order to facilitate a TIFF
district.
