Items discussed:
1. Mr. Christensen was encouraged to develop a Master Plan.
2. Mr. Christensen showed several options for development.
3. Lany Kohntopp explained an Infill Development provision fi.om the City Code which allows
for a 15% increase in density ~ubject to C'Wj Council approval.
4. Mr. Christensen questioned city staffand Attorney Tom Holmes as to sewer, streets,
subdivision layout, probability of approvals, and application deadlines.
