Box 703, Pocatello, Idaho 83204. Commercial/Townhouse Development 5610 North Yellowstone Ave. Site Plan Approval Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, AttorneY Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Jean Higgins, Larry Kohntopp, Ron Conlin, Ray Griffin, Merlin Miller and Eric King. Don Bosworth was present to present his proposed site plan, (attached). Mr. Bosworth stated he wants to construct four four-plexes with retail and commercial to the east of the four-plexes. Mr. Bosworth was told he is required to construct an deceleration lane on the west Siphon Road access. Mr, Bosworth said he will not plat the property at this time. Design Review Committee approved the site plan concept presented subject to the following conditions: 1. The storm drainage is to be contained on site. Mr. Bosworth will work with City Engineering on required drainage. 2. 10' Landscaping with automatic sprinkler system. 3. Access on Siphon Road is to be a minimum 40' radius access and 250' from intersection. 4. Addresses on buildings are required to be clear from Siphon Road. CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO DESIGN REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of Chubbuck Design Review Team consisting of the Mayor, Building Official, City Planner, City Engineer, Fire Marshal, Police Chief and other City staff as required. The Design Review Team meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of 10:30 and 11:30 AM. This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an informal review and is only conducted on submitted applications. This is a review team not a design team. Provide (10) ten sets of drawings, (8 1/2 X 11), at least eight days in advance of your scheduled meeting. Formal review of your plans or project by City Staff is conducted after formal application. Once you schedule your Design Review, it is very important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly.
