NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con- AHO
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on
February 11, 2020 at Chubbuck City mock

Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect

City Office. Commission packet will be
available at the City Office on February
4, 2020. Any and all persons may regis-
ter comments, protests, or agreements
on the hearing subjects being consid-
ered. Oral testimony concerning these
proposals may be offered at the public
hearing. Commission may limit oral tes-
timony. Written testimony must be re-
ceived by the Planning Department at
least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall
comply with standards established in
City Code 18.28.020.D.7.; and shall be
considered public record.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties.Any person needing special ac
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Plan-

least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
