1. An application for a Change in Land
Use District -from Limited Residential (R-
2) to General Commercial (C-2) on ap-
proximately .4 acres of land. Subject
property is in the NE ?/a of Section 10,
Township 6 South, Range 34 East of
the Boise Meridian, Idaho, generally lo-
cated at 224 E Linden Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho. The Comprehensive Plan.
Future Land Use map designates this
area as Employment. Type of Action:
Recommendation.
2. An application for Conditional Use Per-
mit for light manufacturing, assembly
and retail use in a C-2 General Com-
mercia[ Zone. The subject property is
approx. 8.19 acres consisting of por-
tions of Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 4 of Block 1
Pine Ridge Mall First Addition, General-
ly located at 4215 Yellowstone, Chub -
buck, ID. Type of Action: Decision
A complete description of each item is
available to the public on request at the
City Office. Commission packet will be
available at the City Office on January
7, 2020. Any and all persons may regis-
ter comments, protests, or agreements
on the hearing subjects being consid-
ered. Oral testimony concerning these
proposals may be offered at the public
hearing. Commission may limit oral tes-
timony. Written testimony must be re-
ceived by the Planning Department at
least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall
comply with standards established in
City Code 18.28.020.D.7., and shall be
considered public record.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Plan-
ner, Paul Andrus at 208.237.2430 at
least 24 hours prior to the meeting,
