NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that. the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Oc-
tober 8, 2019 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the
following item:
An application for a Change in Land Use
District from Agriculture (A) to Dense
Residential (R-4) on approximately 2.97
acres of land. Subject property is in the
NW Y4 of Section 9, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian,
Idaho, generally located at the northeast
corner of Philbin Road and Sawtooth
Street, Chubbuck, Idaho. The Compre-
hensive Plan f=uture Land . Use map
designates this area as Mixed Use.
Type of Action: Recommendation.
A complete description of each item is
available to the public on request at the
City Office. Commission packet will be
available at the City Office on October
1, 2019. Any and all persons may regis-
ter comments, protests, or agreements
on the hearing subjects being consid-
ered. Oral testimony concerning these
proposais may be offered at the public
hearing. Commission may limit oral tes-
timony. Written testimony must be re-
ceived by the Planning Department at
least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall
comply with standards established in
City Code 18.28.020.D.7., and shall be
considered public record.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special ac-
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Plan-
ner, Paul Andrus at 208.237.2430 at
least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
