HomeMy WebLinkAbout05 26 2019 Land UseLN26`7 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Land Use & Development Commission of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con -11' duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on June 11, 2019 at Chubbuck City Coun- cil Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Av- enue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the following item: 1. An application for a Change in Land Use District from Agriculture (A) to the Creative Community- Harvest Springs zoning district (CC -HS), and approval of a Master Development Plan on approxi- mately 267.07 acres of land. Subject property is in Section 35 Township 5 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho, generally located north of the siphon Road extension to 1-15, east of Hiline Road, south of the Tyhee Road alignment, and west of 1-15 in Chubbuck, Idaho. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use map designates this area as Commercial, Mixed Use, and Low Density land uses. Type of Ac- tion: Recommendation. 2. An application for a Conditional Use Permit for an assisted living facility in a C-1 Limited Commercial Zone. The subject property is located Lot 1 Block 1 Northside Crossing Subdivision, Chub - buck, Idaho, generally north of Siphon Rd, east of railroad tracks and west of Whitaker Road extension. The proposal will be evaluated against criteria in City Code 18.28.040C. Type of Action: Deci- sion 3. An application for Conditional Use Per- mit for a storage building in a C-2 Gen- eral Commercial Zone. The subject property is located at 4563 Burley Drive, Chubbuck, Idaho. The proposal will be evaluated against criteria in City Code 18.28.040C. Type of Action: Decision A complete description of each item is available to the public on request at the City Office. Commission packet will be available at the City Office on June 4, 2019. Any and all persons may register comments, protests, or agreements on the hearing subjects being considered. Oral testimony concerning these pro- posals may be offered at the public hearing. Commission may limit oral tes- timony. Written testimony must be re- ceived by the Planning Department at least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall CO with standards established in City Cade 18.28.020.D.7., and shall be considered public record. City Hall and the City Council Chambers are accessible for persons with disabili- ties.
