NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF
PROPERTYIMPROVEMENTS
CHUBBUCK DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Chubbuck Development Authority will
receive seated bids, which bids should
be delivered to the Chubbuck Develop-
ment Authority, 5160 Yellowstone Ave,
Chubbuck, Idaho no later than 2:00 pm
local time on Tuesday, June 11 th, 2019
for the auction of a 36' by 30' steel build-
ing currently located at 162 Evans Lane
in Chubbuck, Idaho. Any bids received
after 2:00 pm local time on June 11,
2019 will be rejected as non-compliant.
The building is auctioned in an AS -IS con-
dition and must be removed from the
site within 60 days of the contract
award.

tor at 208-239-3232.
The Chubbuck Development Authority re-
serves the right to reject any or all bids,
waive nonmaterial irregularities in bids
received and accept the proposal
deemed most advantageous to the best
interest of the Chubbuck Development
Authority.

IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following
