COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
July 12`h, 2004
Minutes of a Special Meeting held at the Chubbuck City Conference Room, July 12`h, 2004.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Leroy S. Quick, Steven M. England, Marvin
C. Gunter, Kent Kearns and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Meeting was called to order at 5:10 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING is to conduct a study session on 2004 -2005 Fire
Department Fiscal Year Budget.
STUDY SESSION FOR 2004 -2005 FIRE DEPARTMENT BUDGET - Fire Chief Eric King
presented his proposed 2004 -2005 Fiscal Year Budget.
Fire Chief King presented the possibility of the NFPA1710 Grant.
Discussion about unfunded mandates.
FC King said he would like to hire a secretary and an additional three driver /operators.
Discussion about collecting additional fees for inspections, etc.
At 6:23 p.m, Councilman England moved, Councilman Quick seconded, with full council
approval to adjourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50 -604, the undersigned Mayor of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of the City Council to be held in the Chubbuck City Staff
Meeting Room, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho at the hour of 5:00 p.m. Monday, the 12th
day of July, 2004. The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss Fire Department 2004 -2005
Fi 1 Year Budget.
