APPLICANT: Deloy A. Stuart, 767 Monika Court
PROJECT TITLE: Graphic Arts Business
LOCATION: 770 E. Chubbuck Road
PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site Plan Approval.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Larry Kohntopp,
Randy Severe, Ron Conlin, Ray Griffin, Eric King and Merlin Miller.
Deloy Stuart was present to present an amended site plan for a graphic arts business at 770 E.
Chubbuck Road. (site plan attached).
Mr. Stuart stated that at the request of Dennis Stoddard the building structure was moved to the
east.
Mr. Stuart stated Dennis Stoddard requested an 8' white vinyl fence be installed because Mrs.
Stoddard did not want to look out her windows and see blacktop.
The Design Review Committee did not have a problem with the amended site plan, but were not
in favor of an 8' fence.
After discussion, the Design Review Committee approved the amended site plan on condition that
the 8' white vinyl fence go to the front of the building structure then drop to six feet, then
drop to four feet as it goes south to the street.
Design Review Committee stated the conditions required at the July 6th, 2004 Design Review
Committee Meeting are still required.
