Minutes of a Special Meeting held at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, July 27"', 2004.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Steven M. England, Marvin C. Gunter, Kent
Kearns, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Public Works Director Steven M. Smart and City
Clerk Ron Conlin. Councilman Leroy S. Quick was excused.
Meeting was called to order at 6:31 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING is to conduct a study session on the 2004 -2005 Fiscal Year
Police Department Budget.
STUDY SESSION FOR 2004 -2005 POLICE DEPARTMENT BUDGET - Police Chief Randy
Severe presented the Police Department proposed FY 2004 -2005 Budget.
At 7:20 p.m, Councilman Kearns moved, Councilman England seconded, with full council
approval to adjourn meeting.
