Minutes of a Special Meeting held at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, July 10`'', 2001.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Leroy S. Quick, Steven M. England, Marvin
C. Gunter, B. Kent Kearns and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin. Attorney Thomas J. Holmes
and Public Works Director Steven M. Smart were excused.
Meeting was called to order at 6:40 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING is to conduct a study session on the 2001 -2002 Fiscal Year
Budget.
2001 -2002 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET DISCUSSION - City Clerk Ron Conlin went through all
revenue line items explaining the projected increase in revenues for next year's budget.
Discussion about Parks Recreation revenue. CC Conlin stated baseball registration and
sponsorship are both down in revenue this year.
Councilman Gunter asked when will individual departments present their budgets to the
Council. C.C. Conlin said he will schedule the meetings prior to the July24th, 2001
Council Meeting.
At 7:20 p.m., Councilman England moved, Councilman Kearns seconded, with full council
approval to adjourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned Mayor of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal
Building, at the hour of 6:30 p.m, on Tuesday, the 10th, day of July, 2001. The purpose of the
Special Meeting is Study session on 2001-2002 FY Budget.
