Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Ray Griffin, Merlin
Miller, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jean Higgins and Larry Kohntopp.
Jose' Castillo was present to present his site plan.
Ray Griffin and Merlin Miller did a walk through of the business.
The curb cut is just south of Floyd's Trophy property.
Design Review Committee approved the site plan subject to the following conditions:
1. 10' Landscaping with automatic sprinkling is required to be installed prior to June lst,
2004.
2. Minimum of 3 paved employee parking spaces prior to June lst, 2004.
3. Required to have on site storm water runoff.
4. Required to have a paved driveway to parking spaces prior to June lst, 2004.
5. Required to contact the City Building Inspector prior to installing a sign.
6. Required to present the City with a guarantee bond or a bank letter of credit or cash in
the amount of 110% of requirements prior to opening the business.
Jose' Castillo stated they would like to put the taco bus on the southwest corner of the property.
Mr. Castillo was told the taco bus will increase the required parking spaces.

DESIGN REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION
The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of
Chubbuek Design Review Team consisting of the: Mayor, Building Official, City Planner,
City Engineer, Fire Marshal, Police Chief and other City staff as required. The Design Review
Team meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of 10:30 and 12:00 Noon.
This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it
relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an
informal review and is only conducted on submitted applications. This is a review team
not a design team. Provide (6) six sets of drawings at least eight days in advance of your
scheduled meeting. Formal reviews of your plans or project by City staff is conducted
~er formal application. Once you make your appointment and it is verified, it is very
important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly.
