PROJECT TITLE:
Diamond Quality Trailers
LOCATION:
201 Laurel Road - Lot #10, Block #1 Frasure Industrial Park.
PURPOSE FOR REVIEW:
Approval for expansion of the Trailer Manufacturing business
at 201 Laurel Lane to and including Lot #10, 211 Laurel Lane.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Tom Holmes, Steve Smart, Jerry Rowland, Ray Griffin,
Merlin Miller, Eric King, Ron Conlin and Larry Kohntopp.
Rocky Frasure and Charlie Frasure was present to present their site plan.
Rocky Frasure stated he is building a 36'x80' building to expand his trailer manufacturing
business.
The following was discussed at length:
1. Required parking spaces.
2. Paint booth requirements.
3. Fencing
4. Landscaping requirement.
5. Addressing on buildings.
It was suggested Rocky Frasure move the building 3 feet to the east. Mr. Frasure said this would
not be a problem.
After considerable discussion, Staff approved the site plan subject to the following conditions:
1. Required to have four off street parking spaces for employees.
2. Frasures said they will move the building three feet to the east.
3. Rocky Frasure said he will meet all requirements that is required in having a paint
booth in the building. Mr. Frasure will work with the Fire Department so he meets the
requirements.
4. The two buildings will have the address of 201 Laurel Lane, with one being Suite A
and the other being Suite B.
5. 10' Landscaping with automatic sprinkling.
