But one thing is certain in our city -wind. Lots of wind. We know it blows, but one simple thing will help keep our neighborhoods clean. If both residents and businesses would bag the garbage they put in carts and dumpsters, it would cer- tainly help ensure our trash ends up at the landfill instead of our neighbors yards. Please use trash bags or reuse plastic grocery bags to contain loose items You put in your container and tie them to keep them closed. Everyone can appreciate having a cleaner com- munity.
