County of Bannock (Form of Water Improvement Revenue Bond Ballot) SAMPLE BALLOT MUNICIPAL BOND ELECTION WATER REVENUE BONDS CITY OFCHUBBUCK, BANNOCKCOUNTY STATE OF IDAHO November 4, 1975 QUESTION SUBMITTED: Shall the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, tie authorized to issue and sell its water improvement revenue bonds in the aggregate principal amount of $250,000.00, or so much thereof as may be 9ec:essary, for the purpose of providing funds with which to improve, ektend and better the water system of the City, said bonds to mature serially com- mencing within two years from and after the date of the bonds and ending twenty years from and after the date of the bonds, to bear interest at a rate or rates not to exceed eight and one-half per cent (8''2 per cent) per annum, as more fully provided in Ordinance No. 157, signed and approved October 15, 1975, the principal of and in- terest on said bonds to be payable solely from the net revenues to be derived from the operation of the City's water system?
