NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBiICK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Chubbuck City Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public
hearing at 6:00pm on July 20, 2016 at
Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
with respect to the following items:
1. An application by Patriot Real Estate,
146 East Chubbuck Road Suite C.,
Chubbuck, ID. 83202 for zoning change
to Commercial (C2) for all of the pro-
posed Patriot Square Commercial Sub-
divisions. Located in Northeast 1/4 of
Section 10, Township 6 South, Range
34 East of the Boise Meridian in the
County of Bannock. This property is lo-
cated south of East Chubbuck Road,
west of Branson Drive and east of the
railroad tracks.
2. An application by Patriot Real Estate,
146 East Chubbuck Road Suite C.,
Chubbuck, ID. 83202 for the Preliminary
Plat for Patriot Square Commercial Sub-
division. Located in Northeast Y4 of Sec-
tion 10, Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian in the County
of Bannock. This property is located
south of East Chubbuck Road, west of
Branson Drive and east of the railroad
tracks.
3. An application by Rockwell Homes,
3539 Briar Creek Lane, Ammon, ID
83406 for the Preliminary Plat for Brook -
stone Estates Division 7 located in the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 6
South, Range 34 East of the Boise
Meridian in the County of Bannock. This
property is located north of West Chub -
buck Road and west of Philbin Road.
4. An application by Christopher Pe-
tersen, 4812 Navaho, Pocatello, ID
83204 for annexation into the City of
Chubbuck the proposed Integrity Es-
tates Subdivision located in Northwest
1/4 Section 4, Township 6 South, Range
34 East of the Boise Meridian in the
County of Bannock. South of Jake and
Hunter Avenues.
5. An application by Christopher Pe-
tersen, 4812 Navaho Pocatello, ID
83204 for zoning of the proposed In-
tegrity Estates Subdivision located in
Northwest 1/4 Section 4, Township 6
South, Range 34 East of the Boise
Meridian in the County of Bannock to
change from Bannock County Agricul-
tural (AG) to Limited Residential (R-2) to
be in Compliance with the Comprehen-
sive Plan.
6. An application by Christopher Pe-
tersen, 4812 Navaho Pocatello, ID
83204 for the Preliminary Plat for In-
tegrity Estates Subdivision located in
Northwest 1/4 Section 4, Township 6
South, Range 34 East of the Boise
Meridian in the County of Bannock.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
that SHE was at all times herein mention a citizen
of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
is attached, was published in the said IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -

uninterruptedly published in said County for a
period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
