CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 pm on May
10, 2016 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1 An application by Christopher Petersen,
4812 Navaho, Pocatello, 1D 83204 for
annexation into the City of Chubbuck
the proposed Integrity Estates Subdivi-
sion located in Northwest 1/4 Section 4,
Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the
Boise Meridian in the County of Ban-
nock. South of Jake and Hunter Av-
enues.
2 An application by Christopher Petersen,
4812 Navaho, Pocatello, ID 83204 for
zoning of the proposed Integrity Estates
Subdivision located in Northwest'/ Sec-
tion 4, Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian in the County
of Bannock to change from Bannock
County Agricultural (AG) to Limited Res-
idential (R-2) to be in Compliance with
the Comprehensive Plan.
3 An application by Christopher Petersen,
4812 Navaho, Pocatello, ID 83204 for
the Preliminary Plat for Integrity Estates
Subdivision located in Northwest 1/4 Sec-
tion 4, Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian in the County
of Bannock. South of Jake and Hunter
Avenues.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given
an opportunity to be heard in support of,
or in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special ac
commodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Planner,
Paul Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.
