ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of Well
#2 Rehabilitation Improvements will be
received by The City of Chubbuck, at
Chubbuck City Hall, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck Idaho, 93202. Bids
will be received until 2:00 p.m. Mountain
Standard Time on March 3, 2016 at
which time the Bids received will publicly
opened and read.
The Project consists of demolition of the
existing well house and mechanical
equipment, installing new column piping
and a pump in Well #2 and constructing
a new well house with all the associated
piping and appurtenances.
Bids will be received for a single prime
Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum
and unit price basis as indicated in the
Bid Form. Bids should be clearly
marked on the exterior of the envelope
in which they are submitted with the fol-
lowing information:

Prospective Bidders may examine the
Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office
on Mondays through Fridays between
the hours of 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., and may
obtain copses of the Bidding Documents
from the issuing Office as described be-
low.
Bidding Documents may be obtained in
three ways: (1) printed sets, (2) on com-
pact disc (as portable document format'
(PDF) files), or (3) online via Quest
CDN. Printed copies and CDs are avail
able from the Issuing Office, during the
hours indicated above. Printed Bidding
Documents may be obtained from the
issuing Office either via in-person pick-
up or via mail, upon Issuing Office's re-
ceipt of payment for the Bidding Docu-
ments. Documents are available for a
non-refundable charge depending on
document format as follows:

years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
