NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Jan-
uary 12, 2016 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1. An application by Ellis Construction
Lifestyle Homes, 4470 Wasatch Street,
Chubbuck, Idaho 83202 for Copperfield
Landing Division 3 Preliminary Plat. Lo-
cated in the northeast '/a of Section 4,
Township 6 South, Range 34 East, of
the Boise Meridian in the County of Ban-
nock, south of Siphon Road, North of
Dell Road and East of Cole.
2. Consider proposed ordinance amend-
ing Title 15, Building and Construction,
Title 16, Land Improvement Standards,
and 17, Land Development in the City of
Chubbuck City Codes.

FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul
Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.

years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho

published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
