Section 1. The rehabilitation, conservatior
and redevelopment of the Project Area
Pursuant to the Plan is necessary in the
interest of the public health, safety and
welfare of the residence of the Project
Area and City of Chubbuck.
Section 2. The Agency does not intend to
displace individuals through the Plan.
Section 3. The Plan conforms to general

open space, park and recreation areas.
Section 5. The Plan affords maximum op-
portunity consistent with the sound
needs of the City as a whole for the re-
habilitation or redevelopment of the:

Section ti. The Revenue Allocation Area
does not consist of predominately open
land; the Agency does not intend to ac-
quire any open land.
Section 7. Approves the Plan, a copy of
which is attached to the Ordinance. The
Plan contains a revenue allocation area
financing provision for the property in-
cluded within the Plan. The general legal
description of the property within the
area is the Pine Ridge Mail Subdivision,
Pine Ridge Mall First Addition, and
Shads at Pine Ridge Subdivision. The
full legal description is attached to the
Ordinance as Exhibit "Cw.

Ordinance, the City Clerk is authorized
and directed to transmit a copy of the le.

newspaper within the meaning of the laws of
Idaho.
