Consider proposed ordinance amend- ing section 18.12.030 (A) of the Chub - buck municipal code adding limits and guidelines on an accessory structure in a residential area. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Oc- tober 21, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the City Council will hold a public hearing re- garding Item #1, Park Meadows 14th Addition Preliminary Plat 'together with the recommendations of the Land Use and Development Commission. A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR YOUR REVIEW. WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO HEARINGS.
