NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck. Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Oc-
tober 13, 2015 at Chubbuck City Coun-'
cil Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Av-
enue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to
the following items:
An application by Ellis Construction
Lifestyle Homes, 4470 Wasatch Street,
Chubbuck, Idaho 63202 for Park Mead-
ows 14th Addition Preliminary Plat, Lo-
cated in South East Y4 of the North West
'/a of Section 9, Township 6 South,
Range 35 East of the Boise Meridian in
the County of Bannock.
2. Consider proposed ordinance amend-
ing section 18.12.030 (A) of the Chub -
buck municipal code adding limits and
guidelines on an accessory structure in
a residential area.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Oc-
tober 21, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the
Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160
Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the
City Council will hold a public hearing re-
garding Item #1, Park Meadows 14th
Addition Preliminary Plat 'together with
the recommendations of the Land Use
and Development Commission.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul
Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.
