use at said election shall be in the form set out in said Ordinance No. 852.

If at said Special General obligation Bond Election two-thirds (213) of the qualified registered
electors eighteen (18) years of age or older voting at such election assent to the issuing of said general
obligation bonds and the incurring of the indebtedness thereby created for the purpose of the renova-
tion, improvement, upgrading, and betterment of the facilities, such general obligation bonds in an
amount of up to $3,840,000 shall be issued by the City of Chubbuck for such voted purpose in the man-
ner provided by the Municipal Bond Law of Idaho, provided however that there has also been a favorable
