INVITATION FOR SIDS
POcatello, Idaho
October 1, 1957
Sealed bids will be received by the
Village of Chubbuck, Idaho, at the
Office of the Village Clerk until Oc-
tober 21, 1957 at -the hour of 8:00 p.m.
for furnishing all plant, labor and
materials and performing all work in
Accordance with the attached speci-
fications for We drilling, casing, test-
ing . of • a 12 -inch well for water sup-
ply.
Bids will be publicly opened and
read at 8:00 p.m. Oct, 21, 1957, in the
Village Hall, Chubbuck, Idaho.
I. SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS—
The work shall be performed in strict
accordance with the specifications,
bidding schedule and plans, all of
which are attached hereto and made
.a part hereof,
II. PREPARATION OF BID
(a) Form of Bid—See paragraph
- 7A-05, General Provisions, attached
hereto.
(b) Proposal Guaranty—See para-
graph 20-07, General Provisions, at-
tached hereto. Check shall be made
payable to Village of Chubbuck,
Idaho.
III. AWARD AND EXECUTION OF
CONTRACT ---See paragraph 20-06 and
20-12 and Section 30, General Provi-
tiong, attached hereto.
IV, PERFORMANCE BOND — See
paragraph 30-04, General Provisions
attached hereto.
V. PLANS ANDSPECIFICATIONS
—Plans and specifications may be ex-
amined at the office of Hamilton and
Voeller, Consulting Engineers, 110
North 2nd Avenue, Pocatello, Idaho.
Plans and specifications may be ob-
tained from Hamilton and Voeller,
Consulting Engineers, 110 North 2nd
Avenue, Pocatello, Idaho.
VI. Work shall commence within 10
calendar days after date of Notice to
Proceed, and shall be completed with-
in thirty (30) -working days after the
date of said Notice to Proceed.
Liquidated damages for delay will
not be required.
Partial payments will be made
(See Section 80-06 of General Pro -
Visions.)
Article on patents will be made a
part of the contract. (See Section 60-
03 of General Provisions.)
The right is reserved, as the in-
terest of the Owner may require° to
reject any.and all bids, to waive any
informality in bids. received, and to
accept or reject any items of any bid,
'unless such bid Is qualified by speci-
fie limitation,
Envelopes containing bids must be
sealed, marked, and addressed ss fol-
lows;

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
