Village at an election hold therein on
September 20th, 1957.
Said bonds shall be dated Novem-
ber 1st, 1957, shall bear interest at
a rate or rates not exceeding 5% per
annum, payable,. semi-annuallY on
May 1st and November 1st -each year,
and shall mature on November 1st'
as follows;

Said bonds shall each be of the de-
nomination
and of interest 0shalland

at the office of the Treasuuer of
Chubbuck, Idaho.
Said bonds shall not be sold for
less than par and accrued interest to
date of delivery. Bidders therefore
shall submit -sealed written bids
specifying:
lA) The lowest rate or rates of in-
terest and premium, if any, above
par, at which the bidder will purchase
such bond,;. 01'
(B) The lowest rate or rates of in-
terest at which the bldder will pur-
chase such bonds at par, and each
such bid (except any bid which may
be received from the Stale of Idaho,
or its Department 01 'Public Invest-
ments) is reeuired to be accompanied
by a cashier's o} certified check .pay-
able -to the Village of Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, in an amount equalling five per
cent (5%) of the amovnt of any such
hid, or by a cash deposit in like
amount, whidl check ol- cash deposit
shall be returned to any such bidder
if his bid be not accepted, and which
check or cash deposit of any suc-
cessful bidder who shall fail, neglect
or refuse to accept the bonds so sold
and to complete and to pay therefor
in accordance with the terms of such
successful bid withill thirty days fol-
lowing the acceptance thereof, shall
be forfeited to the Village of Chub -
buck, Idaho.
Sealed bids for paid bonds Fill be
received by theClerk of aid Village
at her home in Chubhuck, Idaho, at
any tinge. prior to 8:00 o'clock P.M.
on Wednesday, the 23rd day of OctO-
ber, 1957. at which time and place
the Chairman and Board of Trustees
will meet in public meeting for the
purpose of opening and considering',
anv bids which may have been re-
ceived,
All bids sball be unconditional.
Said bids shall be sold to the bidder
or bidders making the best bid there-
fdr, the Board of Trustees reserving
the right to reject any and all bids.
The approving opinion of Tall-
madge and Tallmadge, attorneys of
Denver, Colorado, together with the
printed bonds will be furnished the
successful bidder without cost.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
