provide for the following:
(1) By adding on Page 6 of'

SCHOOL BUSES: The driver of
any vehicle upon any highway,
street or alley within the limitq of

G CITATION$:
E ('a) It shall be unlawful for any
person to violate his written prom -
i ise to apcar given to an officer t
upon the issuance of a traffic cita-
tion regardless of the disposition of
the charge for which such citation
was originally issued,.
(b) Failure to comply with traf-
fic citation: Attached to Parked
Vehicles: If violator does'not ap-
pear in response to a traffic citation
affixed to such motor vehicle with-
in a period of five (5) clays the.
Clerk of the traffic Court shall
send I the owner of the motor ve-
hicle to which the traffic citation
was -affixed a letter informing him IE
of the violation and warning him
that in the events such letter is
disregarded for a period of five
(5) days a warrant of arrest will
be issued. Any person violating
this section shall Iue guilty of, a
misdeameanor and upon conviction
thereof shall be punished in ac-
cordance with Section 29 of Ordin-
nee Number 3.
