HomeMy WebLinkAbout07 28 1955 OrdinanceORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE OF THE VIL- LAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BAN= NOCK COUNTY, IDAHO, AP- PROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY TO DEFRAY ALL NECESSARY EXPENSES AND ALL LIABILITIES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1, 1955 AND ENDING APRIL 30, 1956; DESIGNATING THE DIFFER- ENT FUNDS TO WHICH ALL REVENUE SHALL ACCRUE AND BE PLACED AND FROM WHICH SAID APPROPRIA- TIONS SHALL BE MADE: PRO- VIDING FOR THE EXPENDI- TURES AUTHORIZED AND, WARRANTS DRAWN ON THE VILLAGE FOR SAID FISCAL. YEAR AND THIS ORDINANCE TO BE KNOWN AS THE AN- NUAL APPROPRIATION ORD- INANCE OF 1955; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING A TIME OF TAKING EFFECT OF THIS ORDINANCE. E IT ORDAINED BY THE effAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, 13ANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO: Section 1. The following named funds are hereby designed as the proper funds into which all rev- enue accruing to the Village of Chubbuck from all sources during the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day of May, 1955, and ending on the 30thday of April, 1956, shall be paid, to -wit: General Fund Water Warks System Revenue Special Funds for said Fis- cal Year Water System, Maintenance Fund Section 2. That the following sums Of money are hereby appro- ppriated from the general fund for the payment of all general ex- penses of the Village of Chub - buck during the aforesaid fiscal year: EXPENSES -GENERAL FUND Street Maintenance .....--.$ 1500.00 Street Fights and Power ....... .................. 750,000 Salaries and Wages 4500.00, Stationery, Supplies and Printing -------------------------- 500.00 Garbage Disposal ................ 100.00 Fire Department Expense --............................... 200.00 For all other miscellan- eous and contingent pur- poses ------ ...... ... ............ 8000.00 $15550.50 That the following Sums of . money are expended from the Wa- ter Works System Revenue Spec- ial Funds, as follows: Principal on Water Works Bonds from Special Water Works Revenue Bond Fund ................$3000.00 Interest on Water Works Revenue Bonds Special Fund .............................. 2620.00 $5620.00 Expenses of operation and maintenance of municipal Water Works System: Salary of Supt . ................... $ 720.00 Electric Power ................ 960.00 , Other Expenses of Operation .................. 500.00 Section 3. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly re- pealed, and that this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, ap- proval and publication, as re- quired by law, and shall be known as the "Annual Appropria- tion Ordinance of 1955".
