AN ORDINANCE OF THE VIL-
LAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK
COUNTY, IDAHO ,ANNEXING THE
FOLLOWING - DESCRIBED LANDS,
TO -WIT:
Beginning at a point on the West-
erly line of the Village of Chub -
buck, same being a point on the
South right-of-way line of the
Chubbuck Road that is 575.0 feet
Westerly and 25.0 feet Southerly
from the West 1/16 corner on the
North line of Section 10, T. 6S., R.
34, E.B.M„
Thence Westerly along the South
right-of-way line of Chubbuck
Road 2% miles more or less to in-
tersect the Easterly right-of-way
fine of Rio Vista Road, thence
Southerly along the Easterly right=
of -way line of Rio Vista Road 2100
feet more or less to intersect the
Southeasterly right-of-way line of
Batiste Road, thence Southwest-
erly along the Southeasterly right-
of-way line of Batiste Road 1450
feet. more or less to a point that
is 5.0 feet Easterly from the East
1/16 line of Section 7, T. 6S., R.
34, E.B.M., thence Southerly along
a line that is parallel to and 5.0

OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND DE-
CLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, it appears to the Chair -
PROOF OF PUBLICATION
Legal AdvertlReiment
and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Chubbuck, do at this time, deem it
advisable and for the best interest
of the inhabitants of the said Vil-
lage, to annex the hereinafter de-
scribed Iands, and to declare the same
to be a part of the Village of Chub -
buck, Bannock County, Idaho;
NOW, THEREFORE, in considera-
tion of the premises:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIR-
MAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK,
BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO, as fol-
lows:
Section 1. That the following lands,
adjacent and contiguous to the V1I-
lage of Chubbuck, Bannock County,!
Idaho, respectively, be, and the same
are hereby annexed to the Village
of Chubbuck, under the, provisions
of Section 50-303 of the Idaho Code,
to -wit:
That certain property lyingand
being in Bannock County, Idaho, and
Power County, Idaho, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the West-
erly line of the Village of Chub -
buck, same being a point on the
South right-of-way line of the
Chubbuck Road that is 575.0 feet
Westerly and 25.0 feet Southerly
from the 'West 1/16 corner on the
North line of Section 10, T. 6S., R.
34. E.B.M.,
Thence Westerly along the South
right-of-way line of Chubbuck Road
2% miles more or less to intersect
the Easterly right-of-way line of
Rio Vista Road, thence Southerly
along the Easterly right-of-way
line of Rio Vista Road 2100 feet
more or less to intersect the South-
easterly right-of-way line of Batiste
Road, thence Southwesterly along
the Southeasterly right-of-way line
of Batiste Road 1450 feet more or
less to a paint that is 5.0 feet East-

shall take effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication, an
emergency existing therefor.
