kN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK
COUNTY, IDAHO, MAKING IT
UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON
To FIRE OR DISCHARGE B -B
GUNS USING SHOT OR BUL-
LETS, OR TWENTY-TWO RIFLES
OR PISTOLS WITHIN THE VIL-
LAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK
COUNTY, IDAHO, WITHOUT A
PERMIT THEREFOR PROVID-
ING
ROVID-
ING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF
PERMITS FOR THE USE OF A
TWENTY-TWO RIFLE OR PIS-
TOL WITHIN SAID VILLAGE;
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR
THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDI-
NANCE; REPEALING ALL OR-
DINANCES OR PARTS OF OR -

NANCE AND PROVIDING A
TIME FOR THE TAKING EF-
FECT OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CHAIRMAN AND THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY,
IDAHO:
Section 1, It shall be unlawful for
any person, or persons, to discharge
or fire B -B Guns using shot or bul-
lets, or Twenty-two Rifles or Pistols
within the Village Limits of the Vil-
lage of Chubbuck, Bannock County,
Idaho, without a permit therefor.
Section 2. Permits for the use of a
Twenty-two Rifle or Pistol within the
limits of said Village may be issued
by the Village on application there-
for.
Section 3. Any person violating any
of the provisions of this Ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
meanor, and on conviction thereof,
shall be fined not exceeding $25.00
and costs for each offense, and on
failure to pay suc lifine, the violator
shall be committed to jail provided
by the Village at the rate of $2.00
per day of the fine so imposed.
Section 4. All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in so far as they are
in conflict with this Ordinance be,
and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take
effect and be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage, up,
proval and due publication as pro
vided by law.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly pub-
